Ashe Morgan’s philosophy is based on maximising the value of real estate investment through repositioning and development. Ashe Morgan is currently responsible for the management of a number of investment vehicles for wholesale investors totalling in excess of $610m in asset value.

A portfolio of individual assets The District Shopping Centre, O’Brien Ice Sports Arena, substantial car parking facilities and over 20,000 of developable land some 3km from the centre of the Melbourne CBD.
A portfolio of individual assets including a multi-deck public car park, ground floor retail shops, a number of heritage listed terrace style shops and two commercial office buildings located within the inner city area of Brisbane. The property is currently being refurbished to provide modern, open plan, heritage focused commercial and retail accommodation. The property has a current valuation of $175million.
Located above the Hurstville railway station and providing sole pedestrian access to the station platforms, the shopping centre provides 6,300sqm of retail area anchored by a full line Coles supermarket.

Ashe Morgan participates in property development where the project meets risk guidelines and where Ashe Morgan believes it can add value through its own expertise or through its market relationships. We actively seek commercial, residential and retail opportunities on the eastern seaboard of Australia where we are able to add value through active participation in asset delivery and management.
In addition, Ashe Morgan also under takes discrete fund and asset management functions in senior debt and mezzanine debt across range of asset classes including residential apartments, pubs and hotels and various interests in office, retail, retirement, industrial and development land.
