Market Lane: Fresh food and groceries orders must be placed before 11.30am each morning in order to be available for collection on the same day. Orders placed after 11.30am will be available for collection the following day.

The District: Cafes and restaurants open as per individual store trading hours. Contact the individual store to place your order and arrange a collection time.

Pay for your goods.

Pay for your goods using credit card over the phone or via Tap & Go on pick up. All major credit cards accepted. Your collection day and time will be confirmed once your goods are paid for.

Collect your shopping.

Contact the store, café or restaurant you ordered from and let them know you have arrived to collect your order

Collections for fresh food and groceries are available between 1pm and 3pm + 4pm and 6pm each day.

Collection for food from cafes and restaurants is available as per your arrangement with the staff.

Fresh food and groceries: All orders must be placed by 11.30am for collection on the same day. Orders placed after 11.30 am will be available for collection the following day during the collection hours.

Collection hours are between 1pm and 3pm + 4pm and 6pm daily.

Cafes and restaurants open as per individual store trading hours. Contact the individual store to place your order and arrange a collection time.

All major credit cards accepted. Some stores may not accept Amex.

When you arrive to collect your order, please contact the relevant store, café or restaurant to let them know you have arrived. If you have placed an order with multiple stores, you will need to contact each store individually.

Please allow a reasonable time for the store to deliver your order to your vehicle. Patience is key!

Once you have picked up your order, please keep moving so we can keep our service as efficient as possible.

All orders are the responsibility of the individual stores, cafes and restaurants.
